The Policing Authority currently has a vacancy for an Assistant Principal (Strategic Human Resources Manager).
An opportunity now exists for an experienced Human Resources Manager at AP level to lead the HR function in the successful delivery of a range of HRM strategies within the areas of organisational development; recruitment and retention of staff; learning and development; employee engagement and wellbeing; workforce planning; and HR policy and operations. In addition, the new AP will have a role in the transition from the Policing Authority to the new PCSA and will be a key part of the change project.
