Code of Ethics Committee

The Committee was put in place in 2016 to establish the Code of Ethics for the Garda Síochána. Following the establishment of the Code in December 2016 and its launch in January 2017, the Committee was tasked with overseeing the embedding of the Code in the Garda Síochána. 

As this work was substantially completed, the committee was disbanded in late 2018 and the Organisation and Development Committee was tasked with the continuing oversight of the Code.
